How do I use your services?

• You are required to provide with your details, do the other formalities, payments, etc. before using our app which will then generate barcode/number as acknowledgement for you at the reception of hotels.

 How do I use my loyalty points?

• When you earn loyalty points different level of points earn certain discount code when you want to use it you need to click on the en-cash option and you will get code and this code you are needed to enter while making payments of hotels at the code option box and you will be use your loyalty points

 

 How can I find out more about the hotel?

• Specific hotel information such as the address and phone number, amenities, transportation to / from the airport, and other details will be made available on the app.

 

 From where can I install the app?

• The checking app will be available on the Google Playstore and Apple’s App Store.

 

 How do the hotels register with you?

• The hotels are required to log in to our website and contact us, and follow the registration process and pay the registration fees for getting registered.

 How do I use the navigation facility?

• When you are using the pickup and drop off facility there will be an option of navigation option. When you’ll click on that option, the map will be opened and you can use it to track your car.
